SHIPPING POLICY

All India Shipping:

Our All India orders are shipped out as soon as possible the day after you place them. Depending on the delivery location, your order will arrive within 3 - 5 days for metro cities.:

Delivery: Failed Attempts:

If our delivery executive is unable to reach the recipient at the time of the delivery, we will re-attempt delivery of your order within 24 hours at an additional cost. We will not be able to deliver after that as our products are perishable.

REFUND | RETURNS

Our team at Morbiwala Sweets takes great pride and care in our sweets and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are have received an incorrect or damaged order, Please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue. We do our best to ensure every order is perfect, but in case it’s not, we’d love to make it right!

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If you’d like to add products, please place a new order and leave us a note so we can ship them together!.
